Terms of Service
By scheduling or receiving transportation services from Yamhill County Medical Transport™, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms of Service:
Trip Confirmation
Once your trip request has been received, our scheduler will contact you to discuss your transportation needs and trip details. Your trip is not confirmed until payment has been received in full.
Cancellations
Trip cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to qualify for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are non-refundable. In some cases, trips may be rescheduled in lieu of a refund, subject to availability.
No-Shows
If a trip is canceled after the driver has arrived at the scheduled pickup location, the trip is non-refundable.
Refunds
All approved refunds are subject to a processing fee, which may vary depending on the original method of payment.
Payment Terms
Payment must be received in advance to reserve and confirm transportation services.
Alternative payment arrangements may be available for recurring or regularly scheduled trips.
Any additional fees incurred during transport or as a result of changes to the scheduled service will be invoiced to the passenger or designated billing contact and are due upon receipt.
Yamhill County Medical Transport™ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. The version published on this website constitutes the most current Terms of Service. By scheduling a trip with YCMT, you agree to these terms.
